Most homeowners do not manage tiling projects every day. Here is how we keep the process clear, from your first conversation to final handover.

Tell us about the space, your timeframe and any tiles or plans you already have. We will ask a few practical questions and explain the next step.

We measure the area, assess the substrate, falls, drainage and access, then provide a detailed quote with the scope clearly set out.

We prepare the surface, complete screeding or waterproofing where required, and agree on the tile layout before the first tile goes down.

Our team installs, grouts, seals and silicones the tiled surfaces. We leave the site clean and walk you through the finished work.

Costs, timeframes and what is involved. These are the questions homeowners ask us most.
The cost depends on the size of the area, tile format, substrate condition, access, waterproofing, screeding, mitres and the level of detailing required. Once we have reviewed your plans or visited the site, we provide a clear, fixed quote with the scope written out.
Timeframes depend on the size and complexity of the project. A splashback may only require a short installation, while a bathroom, whole-home floor or new build involves several stages and appropriate curing time. We explain the programme before work starts and keep you updated throughout the project.
Yes. Our team handles substrate preparation, screeding and licensed waterproofing in-house where required. Waterproofing is completed to AS 3740, documented and allowed to cure properly before tiling begins.
Yes. We can advise on tile size, layout, grout colour, edges and practical considerations such as slip resistance and maintenance. If you are working with a designer or tile supplier, we can coordinate with them too.
