Where required, we prepare and screed the floor to create the correct falls for drainage. Wastes, drains and the tile layout are planned together, creating a stable foundation for a precise, long-lasting installation.

Bathroom floors and wet areas are carefully prepared and waterproofed using trusted systems selected for the substrate and project. Each membrane is applied, documented and allowed to cure in accordance with AS 3740 and the manufacturer’s requirements.

Before fixing begins, we plan the layout around key sightlines, drains, niches and fittings. Tiles are installed using premium adhesives and proven methods, with careful attention to cuts, alignment and grout joints.

Shower niches, ledges, trims, wastes and mitred edges are carefully resolved as part of the overall layout. Where specified, epoxy resin is used on mitres to create a seamless, durable finish.

We use premium grout suited to the tile and level of use, with epoxy grout available where additional durability is needed. Natural stone is sealed where required, and flexible silicone is applied to movement joints and corners.

We remove grout residue, complete final quality checks and leave the bathroom clean and ready for fit-off or handover. We also explain how to care for the tiled surfaces and maintain their finish.
