Oceanic

This contemporary duplex uses a restrained material palette to create calm, refined interiors. Stone-look surfaces establish a neutral foundation, while soft green tiles introduce colour and subtle texture.

In the ensuite, stone-look tiles are paired with mitred ledges and vertically stacked green feature tiles. The main bathroom combines white convex tiles from 1200 mm high to the ceiling with a continuous shower ledge, precision mitred returns and 600 x 600 mm floor tiles carried onto the wall.

The tiling continues into the lounge and patio, helping create a consistent finish across the interior and outdoor spaces. Carefully aligned joints and an aluminium tile-insert linear grate complete the clean, contemporary detailing.
