This contemporary coastal project combines large-format tiling with carefully placed feature surfaces. A restrained material palette keeps the home feeling calm, while changes in scale, shape and texture give each room its own character.

In the living area, a warm brick feature tile creates a textured focal point around the fireplace. Geometric tiles bring pattern and dimension to the laundry, turning a practical surface into a distinctive design feature.

The ensuite pairs smooth porcelain surfaces with vertical finger tiles and carefully aligned joints. Glossy finger tiles wrap the curved vanity wall, softening the bathroom’s clean lines and creating a detailed, tactile finish.
